伊豆味は、沖縄島北部、本部半島の中央部、本部町の東部に位置する農村である。内原・伊豆味原・古島原・親名原など大小30以上の小字に分かれていて、本部町全面積の四分の一の広大な土地を有する。その広大な土地を活かしたパイナップルやタンカンなどの栽培が盛んである。
伊豆味へは、那覇から車で沖縄自動車道を通って約１時間25分、名護市内からは約17分かかる。観光地として、よへなあじさい園が有名である。令和元（2019）年12月末時点での伊豆味の人口は734人である。
Izumi is a rural area located in the central part of the Motobu Peninsula, in the eastern region of Motobu Town, northern Okinawa Island. It is divided into more than 30 subdistricts and occupies a vast area that makes up one-fourth of Motobu Town’s total land area. The region thrives on cultivating crops such as pineapples and tankan (a type of citrus fruit), making use of its expansive land.
By car, Izumi is approximately 1 hour and 25 minutes from Naha via the Okinawa Expressway and about 17 minutes from Nago City. As a tourist destination, the Yohena Hydrangea Garden is well-known. As of the end of December 2019 (Reiwa 1), Izumi had a population of 734 people.
